Aims and Scope	Aims and Scope     The aim of this conference is to focus on innovative applications of knowledge engineering and modelling approaches to the practical management of health care systems.     The conference is aiming to provide an international forum for discussion of the problems of engineering and modelling of health care systems involving not only data, knowledge engineering and decision technologies but also the related areas of information and communication technologies.     The goal of HCMC is to foster closer interaction among the health care, research and user communities and provides an excellent opportunity to meet, exchange ideas, examine the current trends and develop new solutions and research directions.
