The Conference fees will cover the Get-together party, Scientific sessions, Refreshments, Lunches, Concert, Conference Program and Proceedings.

The registration fees entitle any registered author to two papers published in full length. 

A maximum of two more additional papers are allowed, for $10/each extra fees

necessary for handling and publication.

Only bank transfer is accepted

Please use the actual conversion rates of the day you are making the transfer on, 

taking as a reference the USD $.

When transferring the money into the MEDINF2003 Conference account, 

we are are kindly asking you to specify your full name.

        Cancellations at any date will result in a reimbursement of 50% of the payment, minus bank transfer fees.

    No paper will be published without full registration. 

If the fees are paid after August 15^th 2003, the works can not be published in the proceedings any more.
